Please read the information below before returning a DRI Sleeper product. If you are experiencing a product problem, contact us first so we can help troubleshoot it.

Returns Policy

Returns within 30 days

Bedwetting alarms purchased from this website may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused and remain in their original, resalable condition.

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Health & Safety

Used alarms cannot be returned

Because bedwetting alarms and sensors are personal-use products, used bedwetting alarms cannot be accepted for return for health and safety reasons.

Delivery Damage

Items damaged during delivery

If your order arrives damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. A replacement can be arranged provided the claim is made within this period and the affected goods are returned as required.
